ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION
Creating an account on the application requires the following personal data: email address and password. An account is necessary to proceed with payment and access the services. You may also provide other types of information, such as a profile photo or username. By logging into your account, you can manage your subscription. You have the option to modify or delete your personal information, all data provided to create your profile, and delete your account if you wish.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
To proceed with payment, you must provide a payment method. You will provide your PayPal account or banking details, including your name, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code. By doing so, you authorize Beo Healthcare to use your payment method and ensure that these methods provide lawful access to sufficient funds to cover the costs resulting from your order on our website, alixforme.com. In the event of non-payment or payment issues, Beo Healthcare reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery.
INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES
Your device collects biometric data depending on the sensor you choose, such as heart rate, blood oxygen level, body movements, weight, sleep phases, and minutes of activity. The data collected varies based on the device used. Details about the data collected by each device are outlined in the accompanying manual received with your order. It is your responsibility to read this manual before using the device.
When your device syncs with our application or software, some recorded data is transferred to our servers so that Alix can customize your physical activity sessions. When you access or use our services, we receive your usage data. This includes information about your interactions with the services, such as when you install the Alix application, create or log into your account, or pair your device with your account.
The application exclusively collects your step data, with your explicit consent, via the Health app on your mobile device. This data is used solely to track your activity. Step data collected from the Health app is strictly utilized for the application's functionality. We do not share your step data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide the requested services or as required by law.
We also collect data about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, device information (including app and device identifiers), referring web pages, and cookie information.
Beo Healthcare is committed to using your data only to improve the services you receive and to never disclose it to third parties.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your data enables Alix to improve the accuracy of its services to offer you the most effective adapted physical activity possible.
We use your contact information to reach out to you or send you promotional and commercial materials. You can manage commercial communications through the "Unsubscribe" link in every email.
We use your information to promote the security of our services and all users by:
- Authenticating users
- Facilitating secure payments
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Responding to legal requests or complaints

We retain your account information and data collected during your use of our services to provide the Alix solution and associated services. REQUEST FOR GEOLOCATION DATA ACCESS
Most of Alix’s partner sensors use Bluetooth Low Energy technology to connect to the application and transmit biometric data in real-time. To enable Bluetooth functionality, access to geolocation data is required (see documentation: Android Bluetooth Permissions). These data are solely used for the connection between the sensor and the application. They are neither stored nor used thereafter.
LEGAL PRIVACY POLICIES IN EUROPE
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, additional privacy policies under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply to you.
Beo Healthcare, a French startup, is responsible for your data and provides access to its services.
Since the information required for our services includes personal or health-related data governed by the GDPR, your explicit consent is required before using any device (sensors, application, etc.) linked to the Alix service. Using Alix signifies your prior consent.
Under GDPR, you may withdraw your consent via your account settings and other tools provided. You also have a general right to object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes. Our Cookie Usage statement explains how we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for advertising purposes. Additionally, you may delete your Alix account at any time if you wish.
